Flexible during client business hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and track invoices, bills, and financial transactions.
- Monitor and allocate expenses across specific projects.
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Provide regular financial and project expense reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.
- Strong understanding of project-based expense tracking and cost allocation.
- Experience using Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with accounting software.
