Overview

Join a Florida-based insurance agency specializing in Medicare and ancillary products. The agency is scaling its internal lead generation operations to increase efficiency and support its team of licensed agents. We are looking for motivated Outbound Cold Callers to join a fast-paced insurance sales environment. In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume calls to identify interested leads and connecting them with licensed agents to close the sale.

Schedule

• 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST Monday to Friday Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls using the Ready Mode dialer system.
• Follow a basic provided script to engage and qualify potential leads.
• Identify prospects interested in Medicare or ancillary insurance products.
• Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to licensed insurance agents.
• Use provided rebuttals and training to overcome common objections.
• Maintain high activity levels to meet daily lead generation targets.
• Accurately log call outcomes and update lead information in the dialer.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
• Clear verbal English communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Ability to read and follow scripts with natural delivery.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Strong resilience and the ability to handle high call volumes.
• Bonus if you have experience with insurance or Medicare products.
• It helps if you have previous experience using Ready Mode or similar dialers.
