B2B Lead Generation Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-1pm | Central Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify leads in categories like coffee shops, gourmet markets, and hotels
- Build and manage a comprehensive database of potential B2B customers and distribution partners
- Execute cold outreach strategies using personalized emails to gauge interest and generate leads
- Schedule discovery calls and manage calendar bookings for the founder to meet with interested leads
- Shadow sales calls to master the unique brand storytelling and "best friend" product vision
- Transition into managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful close
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development roles
- Strong research skills and ability to navigate market data at your fingertips
- Ability to effectively convey complex brand stories and product values to potential clients
- Experience working with CRM platforms and database management tools
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
