Job Overview
Our client is looking for a self-motivated and curious Senior Financial Operations Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will focus on the daily operations behind their loan sale and reporting processes, partnering with Product, Legal, and Capital Markets to continuously improve internal systems — including their proprietary blockchain technology. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to blockchain and how it will reinvent the financial services industry.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Prepare investor remittance reporting as directed by legal agreements
• Ensure correct application of servicing fee methodologies
• Reconcile loan and collateral data as needed
• Assist with flagging servicing-related issues identified during the remittance reporting process

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry; background in funding and treasury operations a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to learn new platforms such as Tableau
• Transparent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively across functions
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform and thrive in a startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and drive results
• Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and contribute where needed
