Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator (Canva, Illustrator & Excel) to support their growing skincare brand. This role combines marketing, content creation, administrative support, and process improvement responsibilities. You will work closely with the founder and team to create marketing materials, maintain business tracking systems, and contribute ideas that help streamline operations and strengthen the brand.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible hours during Carnegie, Victoria business hours AEST/AEDT (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Refine and produce marketing materials to support the brand's retail-readiness initiatives.
• Create visual assets and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
• Build, maintain, and update advanced Excel spreadsheets using lookups, formulas, and tracking tools.
• Support brand consistency across marketing materials, presentations, and internal documents.
• Assist in documenting internal processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve marketing operations and efficiencies.
• Prepare regular progress updates and support ad hoc business development activities.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative support, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
