Campaign Manager (Gaming & Streamer Talent)

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of high-volume marketing activations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating up to 100 campaigns per month, acting as the key liaison between internal teams and external brand partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client expectations and business objectives.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day & 1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple monthly campaign activations, from initial briefing through completion and reporting.
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs, timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
  • Maintain consistent processes and documentation throughout campaign execution.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with Talent teams regarding talent availability, content requirements, and campaign schedules.
  • Partner with Sales teams to align campaign execution with client objectives, contractual requirements, and budget considerations.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign status, milestones, and deliverables.

Brand Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management.
  • Provide campaign updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience throughout campaign delivery.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting outcomes, insights, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize performance data to optimize future campaign strategies and execution.

Problem Resolution & Risk Management

  • Identify campaign risks, roadblocks, or conflicts and proactively implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate critical concerns when necessary and provide actionable recommendations.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, SOPs, and best-practice guidelines.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management, project management, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and productivity.
