Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (End-to-End Recruitment)

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (End-to-End Recruitment) to manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of industries and position levels. This role involves a blend of strategic recruiting and hands-on execution, including candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong recruitment experience, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle both high-volume hiring demands and niche recruitment assignments.

The successful candidate will work closely with hiring stakeholders to attract and engage top talent, uphold recruitment best practices, and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.

Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Australian Eastern Time Zone

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Candidate Assessment

  • Conduct high-volume resume and CV screening to identify qualified candidates
  • Perform telephone and video interviews for preliminary and advanced candidate assessments
  • Utilize competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Manage candidate pipelines across white-collar, blue-collar, professional, and executive-level roles
  • Conduct candidate vetting, reference checks, and qualification validation as required
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Sourcing & Market Mapping

  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other recruitment channels
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
  • Build talent pools and maintain candidate longlists for current and future hiring needs
  • Identify passive candidates and develop targeted outreach campaigns

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to gather detailed job requirements and recruitment briefs
  • Provide recruitment consultation and market insights to support hiring decisions
  • Maintain professional communication with senior stakeholders and executive-level clients
  • Offer recommendations on recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches, and hiring best practices

Recruitment Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment logistics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and recruitment databases
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring activity and pipeline performance
  • Ensure recruitment workflows, documentation, and compliance requirements are consistently followed
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the recruitment function

Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare candidate shortlist reports and recruitment summaries
  • Develop professional candidate presentation decks for stakeholder review
  • Present market insights, talent availability data, and recruitment findings when required
  • Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular status updates on hiring projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or sourcing
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong experience conducting candidate screening and behavioral interviews
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting executive search assignments
  • Exposure to both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment
  • Experience conducting market mapping and talent intelligence research
  • Familiarity with recruitment reporting and analytics
  • Experience preparing client-facing candidate presentations and reports
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and hiring managers professionally
