Overview
Are you an experienced cold caller with a background in the HVAC industry? Join our team to drive US market expansion by qualifying high-potential B2B leads and passing them to our dedicated closing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your telemarketing expertise with provided leads, tools, and an attractive commission structure.
Schedule:
- Part-time: Tuesday - Friday. Mid-morning (09:00 AM – 12:00 AM) and late afternoon (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) - US Time zone
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospects in the US market using a provided lead list and script
- Clearly explain the company's lead generation service and its value proposition to potential clients
- Qualify interested prospects by gathering key business information before handing them off to the closing team
- Track and log all call activity, outcomes, and prospect details accurately
- Maintain a professional and persuasive tone to build trust with skeptical prospects
- Collaborate with the closing team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling or outbound telemarketing in the HVAC field
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
- Ability to follow a script while adapting naturally to the flow of conversation
- Strong resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
- High level of attention to detail when capturing prospect information
- Ability to work independently during US business hours
