This London-founded AI professional services firm partners with global leaders in investment management, trade, and marketing to deploy rigorous, high-quality AI solutions. As a Digital Marketing & Sales Support Associate, you will work closely with the CEO Co-Founder to manage and scale core marketing, website maintenance (WordPress/Divi), and sales support processes. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in social media, presentation development, and SEO to drive productivity using enterprise AI. This is a part-time (20 hours/week), permanent home-based independent contractor position tailored for a self-driven individual eager to advance their marketing and AI skills within the UK and Australian markets.

Responsibilities

1.Content Development (30% Weighting)

Objective: Manage the Process for the Delivery of high-quality content marketing at scale..

  • AI Insights Content: Utilise raw topics, rough notes, images, or marketing material from event organisers of events attended by the team to develop original high-impact ~600-word blog posts.Edit images and ensure blog page designs are of high quality. Adapt these blogs into LinkedIn posts with the aim of maximising impressions and engagement.
  • Target: Minimum of 5 published blog or LinkedIn posts per week (averaging 1 per day). Maintain an excellence standard where the CEO needs to spend minimum time (aiming for less than 15 minutes) on edits, with zero repeated feedback.
  • AI Use Case Content: Use basic research provided along with past content (design and form) of the company to develop and continuously improve the standard of blogs covering the applications of AI in the company’s market segments of specialisation (investment management, international trade and marketing profession).. Publish these on the company website's blog and LinkedIn with the aim of maximising impressions and engagement..
  • Target: 2–3 case study blog posts per week.
  • Website & SEO/GEO Maintenance: Ensure each blog published on website is optimised for traditional SEO (using tools such as Rank Math), but also for GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation). Periodically audit and update website text, design, and imagery using WordPress/Divi to ensure it reflects latest AI trends and developments.
  • Target: Minimum of 1 comprehensive website update (of 6 pages) per month and ensuring each blog is optimized not just for traditional SEO, but also for GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation).

 

2. Presentation Delivery & Event Coordination (50% Weighting)

Objective: Deliver excellence and operational smoothness in practical AI training, workshops and presentations.

  • Presentation Deck and Agenda Management:. Update existing or create new AI training, workshop and sales decks to ensure content (clarity, brevity, grammar), design (position on slides, fonts, colours), branding, logos, images, videos and slide templates are flawless. Manage the time tracking agenda for sessions ensuring slides match allocated times in the agenda and the overall session is kept on time.
  • Target: 6 comprehensive training decks refreshed/developed per month, with final versions fully approved 7 days prior to delivery.
  • Event & Webinar Logistics: Proactively manage event and training calendar, coordinate attendance of speakers, trainers and partners, scheduling across regional time-zones (UK and Australia), set up MS Teams/Zoom links, distribute pre-work materials (surveys, pre-readings).
    • Target: Proactively manage preparations to be ready within 5 days of the session, and integrate survey results directly into the course framework for future improvement
  • Live Session Support: Provide real-time operational support during live sessions managing chat Q&A, tracking module timing against the agenda ,, managing speaker transitions, and taking diligent notes and images for content marketing on client needs.
  • Target: ensuring module variance does not exceed 15% of allocated time in agenda.

3. AI-enabled Productivity & Process Improvement (20% Weighting)

Objective: Systematically improve workflows in your areas of responsibility using AI to produce more output at a faster pace while using quality control to ensure quality of output is not compromised by the use of AI.

  • Content Development: Collaborate closely with the CEO to define, map out, and continuously iterate a best-in-class content marketing strategy.
  • Documentation: Create, maintain, and regularly update procedures for areas of responsibility incorporating improvement feedback provided.
  • CEO productivity support: work with the CEO to take on responsibility and reduce CEO’s time in your areas of responsibility.
  • Personal Performance Tracking: Agree personal Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with CEO which will include productivity metrics (e.g., time elapsed from a live training event to a published recap post) and continuously (weekly) review and update to meet and exceed standard of work.

4. The Importance of Reliability for This Role (Core Requirement)

Objective: Act as a completely dependable and self-driven foundational asset for the CEO.

Reliability is the bridge between establishing ambitious company targets and achieving them consistently. In a fast-paced AI professional services firm, operational dependability is critical for the following key changes made to this role:

  • Protecting Executive Time: The target metrics require processes (e.g.insights and use-case blogs) to be delivered with the aim of getting to zero repeated feedback and minimal final review time by the CEO (under 15 minutes). Reliability means your output is consistently of executive-level quality, allowing leadership to focus on client delivery rather than heavy micro-editing.
  • Protecting Confidentiality and Security: the company works with clients who are in regulated sectors (e.g. financial services). Clients require the company you will work for to protect data and other confidential information. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement with obligations including strict protection of client data and information, where you can save information and the care you will need to take with cyber and other security measures. Reliability means you take great care not to share information or use information other than for purposes you are asked, save information only in ways and places permitted and take great care with confidentiality and security as a way of working.
  • Operational Execution of Practical Learning: Training logistics require materials to be distributed strictly within 5 days of a session and decks to be finalized 7 days prior to delivery. A lapse in reliability here directly degrades the client experience. True reliability ensures that trainers are seamlessly synchronized, technical links are fully functional, and live modules never deviate beyond 15% of the schedule.
  • AI-enabled Productivity and Process Improvement : AI-enabled productivity means the AI is appropriately integrated with high levels of quality control in workflows. Being reliable means taking full ownership of the quality of output when AI is used. This means you don’t just generate using AI but check all the work and ensure it is correct and of the human quality standard of the company. You will also have weekly check-ins with CEO, have daily updates of tasks performed and review and assess your performance against OKRs.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (content writing, social media management, SEO, online events, or sales support roles).
  • Language Skills: Exceptional English copywriting, copyediting, and professional proofreading skills suited for an executive/technical audience.
  • AI Technical Comfort: Active interest and immediate capability to learn and adopt advanced corporate AI platforms, specifically Google Gemini Pro and Google NotebookLM.
  • Platform Proficiency:
  • CMS: WordPress (Must have hands-on experience with Divi Builder).
  • SEO: Experience with RankMath or similar; fundamental understanding or eagerness to train in GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation).
  • Design & Workspace: Canva (basic image/video formatting), MS PowerPoint / Google Slides, and Google Drive ecosystem.
  • Events: MS Teams / Zoom logistics management.
  • Work Style: Excellence driven in achieving and improving to high standards of work, strong sense of responsibility and accountability to deliver, strong and reliable work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, capable of managing strict daily deadlines independently, and comfortable communicating across global time zones and with a business audience (UK and Australia).
