Overview:
EPC Unit is a dynamic company currently undergoing a significant rebranding initiative, expanding its service offerings beyond energy performance certificates. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Administrative & Lead Generation Specialist (Real Estate) to provide comprehensive support to a sole business owner.
This role is crucial for managing daily administrative tasks, enhancing client communication, driving lead generation, and contributing to our rebranding efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at using various tools to streamline business operations.
Schedule: Part-time, Mon to Fri - 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM | UK Time
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties and management tasks
- Manage and facilitate communication, including client outreach and follow-ups
- Engage in voice generation and regeneration activities, specifically reaching out to potential clients such as estate agents
- Execute lead generation strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and outline website content, drawing inspiration from examples like the "Hem London" website, to clearly articulate our expanded services
- Draft and send professional emails to inform existing clients about the company's rebranding
- Assist with various tasks related to the company's rebranding process, ensuring a smooth transition
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or administrator role
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and client outreach
- Comfortable and confident in speaking with clients and representing the company professionally
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in general administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with "Replit AI" software for invoice generation and appointment scheduling is highly desirable
- Ability to contribute to basic design work or content creation for rebranding initiatives
- Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is a plus
