Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable  MYOB Bookkeeper to support our daily financial and administrative operations. This role will primarily focus on bookkeeping responsibilities using MYOB, while also assisting with general administration, data entry, and business support tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of working independently, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a remote environment.

Schedule

  • .20 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM | Philippine Time

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Finance

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes within MYOB
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare, generate, and distribute client invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
  • Ensure bookkeeping data is entered accurately and updated consistently

Administration & Data Entry

  • Perform general data entry and record maintenance tasks
  • Manage business documents and electronic filing systems
  • Assist with email correspondence and administrative support activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date business information across systems
  • Support day-to-day operational requirements as needed

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare daily end-of-day reports outlining completed work and outstanding items
  • Provide regular progress updates to the business owner
  • Participate in daily check-ins and maintain consistent communication
  • Identify and report discrepancies or issues requiring attention

Requirements

  • Proven bookkeeping experience with strong MYOB proficiency
  • Solid understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based business systems
  • Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new processes and systems
