Lead Generation Admin Coordinator
Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Generation Admin Coordinator to support daily operations across two growing businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, executing outreach campaigns, maintaining accurate records, and providing reliable administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume email outreach to property management companies and distributors using provided contact lists and spreadsheets
- Draft and send marketing emails to generate leads and build business relationships for the roofing division
- Manage and maintain CRM records, including data entry, contact management, and communication tracking
- Support email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp to engage prospects and nurture leads
- Assist with light Shopify-related tasks for the e-commerce business as needed
- Execute a variety of short-term projects and administrative assignments based on evolving business priorities
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Provide general administrative support to help streamline daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative support role with exposure to email marketing, lead generation, or outreach campaigns
- Experience using CRM platforms with ability to quickly learn new systems
- Basic understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to create professional and engaging emails
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, independent, and responsive during business hours in a dynamic environment
