About the Role

We're a US-based adult creator management agency hiring Communications Specialists to manage real-time messaging and drive sales on behalf of our content creators. This is a chat-based sales role where you'll build genuine connections with subscribers and turn conversations into revenue.

No previous experience in this industry is required — in fact, we prefer it. We have our own proven methods, and we'd rather train you our way from the ground up than undo habits from somewhere else. If you're sharp, personable, tech-savvy, and eager to learn, we'll teach you everything else.

Schedule: 2 shifts for hire:12 PM – 8 PM PSTand8 PM – 4 AM PST Monday to Friday

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Manage conversations with subscribers on behalf of the creator.
  • Build rapport and maintain engaging, personalized interactions with fans.
  • Represent the creator’s voice, personality, and brand authentically.
  • Keep subscribers active and engaged through ongoing communication.
  • Promote and sell content using proven sales techniques.
  • Identify opportunities to increase fan spending and retention.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining engagement.
  • Apply company-provided training, scripts, and sales strategies to maximize revenue.

You must be 18+ and genuinely comfortable engaging in explicit adult conversation and working with explicit material daily. Who We're Looking For

  • Located in Latin America, fully fluent in written English with strong grammar
  • Comfortable with sexually explicit conversation and content (essential)
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable learning new software, tools, and platforms quickly
  • Familiar with and open to using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
  • A genuine willingness to be trained, coached, and to follow proven processes
  • Personable, quick-witted, and a strong conversationalist
  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to commit to consistent shift hours
  • A stable internet connection and a private, distraction-free workspace
