Accounting & Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting functions and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll operations, including tax filings and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries
- Prepare financial documents and reports as required
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting, payroll administration, or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax filing requirements
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
