Architectural Drafter

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and documentation within the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings including elevations, layouts, sections, and construction documentation
• Develop Development Application (DA) submissions and associated construction documentation
• Create comprehensive construction drawings that meet Australian standards and project specifications
• Incorporate revisions and updates based on feedback from architects and relevant council bodies
• Ensure all drawings align with current Australian building codes and project requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with project teams

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in architectural drafting and documentation
• Strong knowledge of Australian architectural standards and DA processes
• Proficiency with industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu, and Navisworks
• Ability to work from architect specifications and produce detailed, accurate drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage revisions efficiently
