Sales Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region, Ontario.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating qualified leads within the home health care sector. This position focuses on building a pipeline of potential clients and conducting outreach to establish initial contact and interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads in the home health care market
- Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Qualify leads and document prospect information in CRM systems
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture relationships with prospects
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of the health care or home services industry is a plus
