About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our growing senior living referral business. In this position, you will serve as a key liaison between potential customers and senior living communities across our network.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective clients who have submitted inquiries through our platform to confirm receipt and explain how we will assist them in connecting with appropriate senior living communities
  • Outreach to senior living community partners and relevant contacts to inform them of qualified leads and facilitate potential partnerships
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication with all parties, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the process
  • Support the lead generation and sales process to help drive business growth

Key Requirements:

  • Clear, easy-to-understand English communication skills with neutral accent
  • Ability to work primarily evenings and weekends (US Eastern Time)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication style
  • Ability to manage multiple contacts and follow up efficiently
