Web Developer - E-commerce & WordPress

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team on an urgent basis to oversee the redevelopment and implementation of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and rebuild our online shop using WooCommerce and WordPress
• Implement website design, UX, and UI improvements
• Develop and integrate APIs for freight management with multiple vendors
• Establish and maintain integrations between our POS system, online shop, and marketplace platforms
• Integrate stock management systems across all sales channels
• Ensure synchronisation between accounting software and associated plugins
• Troubleshoot and resolve existing technical issues on the current platform

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with WordPress and WooCommerce development
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and web development best practices
• Experience with API integration and third-party system connectivity
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shop management
• Understanding of inventory management system integrations
• Problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Ability to work under tight timelines

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with multiple marketplace integrations
• Knowledge of POS system integrations
• Familiarity with accounting software APIs
• UI/UX design capabilities
