Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to join their team full-time. This role involves working closely with a designer using Figma to transform creative concepts into responsive, high-performing Webflow websites.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Webflow development, understands modern responsive design principles, and is comfortable implementing visually polished and technically optimized websites. Candidates with familiarity in advanced Webflow frameworks, scalable class systems, and modern frontend libraries are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into fully functional, responsive Webflow websites and landing pages
- Implement visually engaging layouts, animations, and interactions
- Collaborate closely with designers to improve user experience and UI execution
- Maintain, optimize, and update existing Webflow websites
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve website performance
- Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices
- Build clean, organized, and scalable Webflow structures and class systems
- Support SEO-friendly and performance-optimized website implementation
Requirements
- Proven Webflow development experience (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of responsive design best practices
- Comfortable working with Figma hand-offs and design systems
- Clean, efficient development habits with strong attention to detail
- Reliable communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with:
- Client-First Framework v2.1 or above
- Finsweet Attributes v2
- SwiperJS library
Nice to Have
- Experience building semantically structured, SEO-friendly, and performance-optimized websites
- Experience with Memberstack or similar membership/content-gating platforms
- Familiarity with Webflow Variable Modes for class reusability and cleaner CSS organization
- Experience with animations and advanced Webflow interactions
- Background or interest in web design using Figma, including creating or modifying designs before development
