Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized Support and Scheduling Admin to manage learner and instructor bookings, provide platform support, and handle lead inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities

Coordinate driving instructor bookings and learner schedules through the company dashboard.

Provide timely support to learners experiencing booking, scheduling, or technical issues.

Contact prospective customers to answer questions and provide information about platform services.

Monitor and manage learner and instructor activities within the system.

Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation of customer interactions.

Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Communicate effectively with learners, instructors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

Previous experience in customer support, scheduling, admin support, or a similar role.

Professional verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Experience using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, or online coordination tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable making outbound calls and responding to customer inquiries.
