Overview:
 
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer (Shopify Plus) to design, develop, and maintain high-performing e-commerce websites that deliver seamless user experiences and support business growth. In this role, you will customize Shopify themes, implement integrations and custom functionalities, optimize website performance, and ensure stores are secure, responsive, and SEO-friendly. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Shopify development, Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party integrations, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
 
Schedule: Full-time: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week | Project Based for 1 month

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores and themes

• Build responsive and user-friendly e-commerce websites using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies

• Implement custom Shopify functionalities, apps, and integrations

• Optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience

• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical issues, and compatibility problems

• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement new features and campaigns

• Configure payment gateways, shipping methods, and third-party applications

• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and follow best development practices

• Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and security checks

• Test website functionality across different devices and browsers

• Provide technical support and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer

• Strong knowledge of Shopify platform, themes, and app integrations

• Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

• Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development

• Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third-party integrations

• Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience with graphic design tools or UI/UX principles is a plus

• Basic understanding of eCommerce best practices and customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Shopify Plus

• Familiarity with React, Node.js, or modern frontend frameworks

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking

• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems

• Understanding of accessibility standards and web compliance
