Graphic / Packaging Designer (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphic / Packaging Designer to support the development of private label packaging and merchandising materials for a major retail partner. This role is ideal for someone with strong Adobe Illustrator skills and hands-on experience creating production-ready packaging artwork.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible during client business hours CST

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and replicate existing packaging designs across multiple SKUs while maintaining brand consistency
• Create planograms and merchandising renderings to support retail presentations
• Develop packaging artwork using dielines and production specifications
• Design and refine visual assets in Adobe Illustrator for private label brands
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members on product development and design initiatives
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and retail requirements

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator 
• Experience creating packaging artwork and working with dielines (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when executing design updates across multiple SKUs
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Position Details

• Part-time: Starting at 20 hours per week
