Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Agent to join our recruitment team. This is not a human resources position; it is a high-octane outbound sales role focused on cold calling and lead conversion. You will be responsible for the entire outreach lifecycle, from the first cold call to the final follow-up, ensuring that high-potential brokers are engaged and persuaded to join our brokerage.
 
Schedule: Full Time - 40h per week - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Ontario Time Zone)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to professional brokers at target firms.
  • Initiate first contact and deliver a compelling value proposition to generate interest.
  • Manage persistent follow-up communication to maintain engagement with prospects.
  • Move potential recruits through the multi-stage recruitment pipeline.
  • Overcome objections and build rapport with high-level industry professionals.
  • Drive leads to completion by securing firm commitments to join the brokerage.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect status.
 
Requirements:
  • Exceptional outbound sales capabilities and a proven track record as a "closer."
  • Excellent English fluency 
  • Extensive experience in high-volume cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong resilience and the ability to manage long-term follow-up cycles.
  • Professional and persuasive phone presence.
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
  • Bonus if you have experience in recruitment, real estate, or professional services sales.
  • It helps if you have a deep understanding of the North American brokerage landscape.
