Reddit & Quora Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a Reddit & Quora Assistant to support our marketing team by helping grow the firm’s online presence through community engagement, content research, and SEO support. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong writer, organized, internet-savvy, and familiar with platforms like Reddit and Quora.

Work Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday to Friday, flexible during client business hours EST

Responsibilities

• Engage in Reddit and Quora discussions by writing helpful, non-promotional responses related to personal injury topics
• Research trending discussions and legal questions related to car accidents, construction accidents, pedestrian injuries, wrongful death, and NYC/Long Island topics
• Repurpose blog content into posts for Reddit, Quora, FAQs, and Facebook groups
• Assist with basic SEO and keyword research
• Upload and format blog content in WordPress
• Help identify common legal questions and future blog topic ideas
• Monitor online discussions, reviews, and mentions related to the firm
• Maintain marketing spreadsheets, content calendars, and Google Drive folders
• Track content performance and engagement metrics
• Support the marketing team with additional research and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong written English skills
• Familiarity with Reddit, Quora, Facebook Groups, and online communities
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and WordPress
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience with SEO tools or content marketing
• Previous experience working with legal or personal injury content
