Schedule

  • Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Flexibility: Flexible schedule within the client's operating hours (8 AM–8 PM Eastern Time)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and SMS outreach to warm inbound leads and booked appointments
  • Perform high-volume cold calling and lead follow-up to generate new client opportunities
  • Qualify leads, confirm appointments, and maintain consistent pipeline communication
  • Respond to inbound inquiries across phone, text, email, and social media channels
  • Support housing searches and basic property research for buyer clients
  • Post pre-made social media content (Canva graphics, listings, announcements, etc.)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and social media engagement professionally
  • Track, update, and log lead activity, outreach results, and client notes within spreadsheets or CRM systems
  • Maintain organized records of receipts, expenses, and administrative tracking tasks
  • Assist with light transaction coordination and administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting REQUIRED
  • Previous real estate virtual assistant experience strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and high-volume follow-up activities
  • Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and lead tracking tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day
  • Self-motivated with strong persistence and follow-through
