ROLE: Property Management Operations Coordinator
Schedule-9am - 1pm Monday - Friday, Pacific Standard Time
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end maintenance work orders and coordinate with vendors for quotes.
- Maintain transparent communication with tenants and owners through AppFolio.
- Coordinate property visits and follow up on task completion with vendors and tenants.
- Draft leases and legal notices such as "notice to enter" for residential properties.
- Optimize software workflows, including automating lease creation from applications.
- Proactively update work order notes daily to ensure operational oversight.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English to bridge communication gaps with vendors.
- Prior experience in property management or the real estate industry.
- High technical savvy and ability to optimize the AppFolio platform.
- Strong initiative and proactive approach to process improvement.
- Willingness to take ownership and work collaboratively with ownership.
- Commitment to high-touch service and detailed documentation.
Scope:
- Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week with potential for full-time.
- Focused on residential property management for a California-based company.
- Support for a high-touch, relationship-driven owner-operator model.
- Management of approximately 12-15 open maintenance orders at any given time.
- Direct collaboration with the business owner to offload administrative burdens.
