Job Description
As a Bilingual Sales & Appointment Setting Coordinator , you will support daily business operations through outbound lead generation, appointment scheduling, customer communication, and administrative coordination.
You will play a key role in driving interest in the company’s cleaning services by conducting outbound calls, nurturing prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records within the company’s internal systems.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and customer-focused professional who is confident communicating in both French and English and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time; (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and generate interest in cleaning services
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales process
- Support appointment-setting activities for the sales and operations team
- Maintain professional and engaging communication with potential clients
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments and manage client calendars efficiently
- Coordinate bookings and maintain organized scheduling records
- Provide general administrative support including documentation and correspondence
- Maintain accurate client information and interaction notes within the company’s custom admin dashboard
Marketing & Client Engagement
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote the company’s services
- Maintain consistent brand representation across all customer interactions
- Support broader business growth initiatives through proactive communication and follow-up activities
Systems & Reporting
- Navigate and maintain records within proprietary software systems and dashboards
- Track lead generation activity and appointment outcomes
- Report directly to business owners regarding outreach performance and lead progress
Requirements
- Strong professional communication skills in both French and English, including spoken and written proficiency.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or client-facing roles\
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable learning and adapting to proprietary software systems
- Strong multitasking and follow-up skills
Preferred
- Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling platforms
