Job Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Social Media Growth Specialist to support the growth of a global social AI platform. In this role, you will manage, warm up, and scale multiple social media accounts across two distinct brands, helping drive brand awareness and user acquisition through organic community building, paid advertising, and influencer outreach.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Systematically warm up and maintain approximately 25 social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X) through daily engagement activities such as following, liking, and commenting
• Build and nurture organic online communities, particularly on Reddit and within romance fiction and BookTok spaces, ensuring all interactions feel authentic and human
• Create, schedule, and publish content across all brand accounts, maintaining a distinct voice and tone for each persona type (community, advertising, and backup)
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and brands
• Conduct daily influencer outreach by identifying prospects, building contact lists, sending personalized emails, and managing follow-ups before handing qualified leads to the founder
• Maintain detailed daily task logs in Confluence, documenting all activities completed across accounts for founder review

Requirements

• Proven track record in social media marketing with a deep expertise in driving growth, engagement, and community building across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and X 
• Professional English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft natural, human-sounding content
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and AI writing tools, with the ability to humanize and normalize AI-generated text
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and personas without error
• Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow structured daily workflows and reporting processes
