Overview:
Join a fast-paced firm operating at the intersection of process engineering and specialized outsourcing, dedicated to helping trade and service business owners reclaim their time through bulletproof systems. We are building this function properly for the first time and want someone who wants to own it. You will help define what great looks like.
We are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR), not a “dialing robot,” to act as the strategic bridge between initial interest and booked strategy sessions. In this role, you will navigate the “maybe” to turn it into a “yes,” ensuring no lead is left behind while maintaining a consistent pipeline for our senior consultants. This role involves both outbound prospecting and handling inbound calls, making it critical for someone who can confidently manage conversations from first contact through booked appointments.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM AEST (With 1-hour unpaid break)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with “No-Shows” from Zoom calls to get them back on the calendar
- Reach out to prospects who filled out our forms but didn’t take the final step to book a call
- Re-engage “Closed Lost” leads to identify new opportunities or changes in their business circumstances
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally while maintaining strong conversion outcomes
- Proactively outbound to high-quality prospects to build a consistent pipeline for our senior consultants
- Keep our data clean, our notes detailed, and our follow-up sequences tight
Desired Results:
- Achieve a qualified lead-to-booked call conversion rate of 80% or higher — this is our proven benchmark, and our A-players are expected to hit it
- Complete a minimum of 30–50 connected outbound conversations per day using the existing warm database
- Ensure all new leads are contacted within five minutes of entering the CRM
Requirements:
- You’ve spent time in the trenches of outbound sales or appointment setting
- Must have worked a structured multi-touch outbound cadence including calls, SMS, and email in a dedicated setting role
- We measure performance on conversion rate and daily connected conversations, not raw dials. Our benchmark is 80% qualified lead to booked call. If you’ve hit numbers like that before, we would love to hear from you
- You can speak confidently and professionally with business owners who value directness and hate fluff
- You know the difference between being a professional follow-up expert and being a nuisance
- Familiarity with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Pipedrive, along with Zoom
- Fluent English with the ability to build rapport instantly over the phone, SMS, or email
