Offshore Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Offshore Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound lead generation efforts for a growing U.S.-based managed services company. This role focuses on conducting high-volume outbound calls to businesses in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical industries with the goal of qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the internal U.S. sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, resilient when handling objections, and capable of maintaining accurate CRM records while working independently in a remote environment. This role comes with incentives/commissions! 

Schedule:

  • 9:30 am CST through 1:30pm CST Mon - Friday

Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using company-provided lead lists and scripts
  • Engage business owners and decision-makers within HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical companies
  • Identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities through structured discovery conversations
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to qualify prospects effectively
  • Schedule qualified appointments and second meetings for the U.S.-based sales team
  • Maintain consistent daily call activity and outreach targets

Email Follow-Up & Communication

  • Conduct structured follow-up communication using company-provided email templates and materials
  • Send timely follow-up emails after calls and prospect interactions
  • Ensure all written communication remains professional and aligned with company messaging
  • Support ongoing prospect nurturing efforts through organized follow-up sequences

CRM & Activity Management

  • Accurately log calls, emails, voicemails, and prospect interactions within the CRM system
  • Maintain up-to-date records including contact details, notes, outcomes, and next steps
  • Monitor lead status and ensure all follow-up activities are completed on time
  • Flag high-priority or time-sensitive opportunities for the sales team

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with the U.S.-based sales representatives to coordinate meetings and lead handoffs
  • Communicate effectively regarding prospect updates and appointment details
  • Support overall sales pipeline growth through proactive outreach and organization

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound cold calling, SDR, appointment setting, or B2B sales roles
  • Strong verbal English communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience in a high-volume outreach environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Close CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing prospect data
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily outreach and activity goals
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
  • Previous experience targeting U.S.-based businesses is highly preferred
  • Experience within trades, home services, or managed services industries is a plus
