Sales Development Representative

Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, 9am - 1pm | Central Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to bars, restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, and sports facilities in target markets (Indianapolis and Chicago)
  • Identify and engage decision-makers such as general managers and business owners to pitch the portable charging station placement opportunity
  • Follow up on initial calls with templated emails to nurture leads and move them toward booking meetings
  • Pivot outreach focus between venue placement campaigns and advertising partnership campaigns based on business priorities
  • Track and report daily call activity, email outreach, and pipeline status to ensure visibility on KPIs
  • Maintain organized prospect lists and update lead status to support efficient territory coverage

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling and appointment setting
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone with hospitality and venue industry contacts
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail when managing prospect lists and follow-up schedules
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
