Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Customer Support / Internal Sales Support specialist to act as a key driver in the quotation process. You will be responsible for managing inbound pricing enquiries, retrieving account details, and ensuring every quotation is followed up to maximize won business.

Schedule: Full-Time (35+ hours/week)
Client Timezone: London (UK Business Hours)

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the quotations inbox to ensure all pricing enquiries are addressed promptly.

  • Retrieve accurate customer account details to prepare customized pricing responses for requested products.

  • Perform proactive follow-ups on outstanding quotes to encourage customer conversion.

  • Coordinate closely with account managers to hand off qualified leads and ensure seamless handover.

  • Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and quotation activities in the system.

  • Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience that aligns with the company brand.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support or internal sales support role is essential.

  • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline with a results-oriented and conversion-focused mindset.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for professional customer interaction.

  • High level of attention to detail when retrieving account data and preparing pricing documents.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of reactive inbound requests independently.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to nudge customers toward purchase decisions.

  • It helps if you have experience managing shared support inboxes or CRM platforms.
