Our client is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team as the primary voice for multiple US-based automotive dealership locations, handling high-volume customer inquiries with professionalism and ease. In this role, you will seamlessly coordinate service appointments and sales consultations while working from the comfort of your home. Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls across multiple dealership locations
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and customer convenience
  • Manage sales inquiry calls and coordinate with sales teams to schedule test drives and consultations
  • Maintain accurate customer records in dealership management systems
  • Handle high-volume call flow with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth customer communication
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with dealership products, services, and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
  • Previous remote experience working with US-based companies
  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Professional home office setup with reliable internet and availability during US Central Time business hours, including completion of initial training
