Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Personal Assistant to bridge the gap between initial networking and business revenue. You will be responsible for nurturing professional relationships, managing outreach across two sectors, and ensuring no business opportunity is lost due to a lack of follow-up.
Schedule:
Part-time, 20 hours per week, up to 4 hours per day
Client Timezone: 11:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with networking contacts and business cards to schedule professional meetings.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective businesses to introduce tech services.
- Manage email communications to ensure prompt follow-up with all prospects.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for both tech support and real estate activities.
- Organize files and maintain client outreach records within Google Drive.
- Track all outstanding outreach efforts and proactively manage the sales pipeline.
- Act as an autonomous self-starter by managing daily tasks without micromanagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead follow-up, or sales support.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for professional U.S. interactions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Confident phone manner for making cold calls and professional inquiries.
- High attention to detail in tracking contacts and scheduling appointments.
- Bonus if you have experience in Real Estate or IT/Tech Support industries.
- It helps if you are proficient with Google Drive and dialer software like Zoom or Google Dialer.
