Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead their outbound outreach efforts. The primary focus of this role is to identify key decision-makers and secure walkthrough appointments for the sales team within the commercial cleaning sector. This is a remote, part-time position designed for a self-motivated professional who excels at opening doors and building an initial rapport with B2B prospects.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential commercial cleaning prospects.
- Send targeted emails to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Research and identify points of contact and addresses at target companies (Commercial offices, medical offices, law firms, retail storefronts, and schools).
- Set up walkthrough appointments for the sales team to close.
- Focus outreach efforts on specific geographic areas, such as Manhattan, as directed.
- Work closely with the sales department to ensure appointment quality and seamless handoffs.
- Maintain organized records of outreach activities and appointment scheduling within the CRM.
Requirements
- Experience with outbound sales calls and email outreach.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers at target companies.
- Strong communication skills for professional phone and email interactions.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems (Apollo experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and appointment-setting best practices.
