We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant and Bookkeeper to join our growing organization. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and financial support to our executive team, working remotely from your location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payment to employees
  • Handle paper processing, document organization, and filing systems
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management
  • Assist with general bookkeeping tasks and financial record management
  • Perform other support duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Bookkeeping knowledge and experience with financial records
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
