About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments with potential clients and stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects and will play a key role in supporting our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales team members
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments
- Qualify leads to ensure they are suitable for further engagement
- Follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
About You
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in appointment setting, sales development, or similar role preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
