Appointment Scheduling Representative
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Appointment Scheduling Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to qualified leads, following a proven script, and scheduling appointments for our sales team to meet with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound cold calling campaigns using provided leads and scripts
- Engage potential customers in professional conversations and qualify their interest
- Successfully schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments
- Meet daily and weekly appointment booking targets
- Provide feedback on lead quality and script effectiveness
