Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and maintain executive calendars across multiple businesses and personal commitments to help maintain structure and efficiency for a busy entrepreneur.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedule changes efficiently, managing scheduling, reminders, and daily operational coordination.
- Prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth daily planning.
- Send proactive reminders for meetings, deadlines, and important commitments.
Administrative & Executive Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for calendar and scheduling coordination, providing high-level organizational and executive support across multiple businesses.
- Track key personal and professional dates, obligations, and priorities.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and executive organization, supporting the transition and continuity of administrative workflows.
- Maintain organized records, notes, and communication tracking, with the opportunity for long-term collaboration and expanded responsibilities over time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable supporting busy executives with multiple business interests
