Job Title: HubSpot Support Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot CRM Specialist to support and optimize our CRM operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining data integrity within HubSpot, managing workflows and automations, monitoring lead activity, generating performance reports, and supporting integrations with other business tools.
The ideal candidate has hands-on HubSpot experience, a strong understanding of CRM best practices, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams. This person will also serve as an internal resource for HubSpot support, process improvements, and automation initiatives to help streamline workflows and improve overall business efficiency.

A mission-driven higher education company dedicated to helping international students achieve their academic dreams in the United States. They specialize in guiding prospective students through complex university application processes and compliance requirements. The company is experiencing rapid growth and expanding its support team to serve more students worldwide.
Schedule: Full time | 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific time with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain and update records for leads, customers, and partners within HubSpot to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Workflow Automation: Create and manage automated email sequences, lead scoring models, and internal task notifications to streamline the sales funnel.
- Lead Management: Monitor incoming leads, assign them to the appropriate team members, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, deal stages, and campaign effectiveness.
- Technical Support: Serve as the internal "go-to" for HubSpot troubleshooting and best practices training for other staff members.
- Integration Maintenance: Assist in managing integrations between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., Gmail, WordPress, or LinkedIn).
Required Qualifications- HubSpot Expertise: Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing a HubSpot CRM environment (Certification preferred).
- Data Integrity: Strong understanding of CRM hygiene, including de-duplication, list segmentation, and data mapping.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision when handling sensitive customer information and complex automation logic.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve CRM performance.
