Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing packaging designs while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and business partners across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging artwork and files for product lines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to understand design requirements and brand specifications
• Participate in iterative design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine packaging solutions
• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications, compliance standards, and production requirements
• Maintain organized file systems and documentation for all design projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the design process

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software and packaging design tools
• Strong understanding of packaging design principles and production processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with US-based teams and partners in a collaborative environment
