Phone Sales & Marketing Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Phone Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving sales through outbound phone campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce services and generate qualified leads
• Conduct needs assessment conversations to understand customer requirements
• Present service offerings in a compelling and professional manner
• Build and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and lead generation goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies
