About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Sales professional to join our team in a sales lead generation capacity. This is a UK-based position where you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers, communicating our value proposition effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing and lead generation activities to build a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Communicate our products and services clearly and persuasively to potential clients
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and industry value proposition
  • Document and track all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system
  • Work towards agreed lead generation targets and sales objectives
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate product knowledge and company value
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • UK-based (required for this role)
  • Comfortable with phone-based business development

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
