Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized, operationally sound Legal Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end case lifecycle and firm workflows. In this critical remote role, you will be the central anchor of the practice, ensuring efficient case progression, team accountability, and strict deadline compliance. This is not a passive administrative role; it requires an analytical problem-solver who can actively identify workflow bottlenecks, coordinate between attorneys and support staff, and optimize daily production pipelines. If you have a solid background in legal operations, a sharp technical aptitude, and the confidence to manage high-stakes workflows, this position offers a direct path to driving firm efficiency.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.Note: Exact shift timing is to be determined (TBD) within the client's business hours.
Responsibilities
- Case Lifecycle Oversight: Monitor real-time case progress across the firm, driving efficiency and accountability at every stage of the pipeline.
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary operational liaison to coordinate tasks, milestones, and daily deliverables between attorneys and legal support staff.
- Process Engineering: Analyze active case paths to identify workflow bottlenecks, implementing proactive solutions to reduce operational delays.
- Compliance & Deadlines: Enforce absolute deadline compliance, tracking statutory limits, court dates, and filing timelines across all active files.
- Production Management: Oversee the daily production workflow, ensuring document drafting, evidence gathering, and client onboarding move smoothly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Generate comprehensive operational reports for leadership, tracking case velocity, team output, and key firm performance metrics.
Requirements
- Legal Operations Experience: At least 2+ years of direct experience in legal operations, legal case management, or high-volume legal project coordination.
- Software Mastery: Proven ability to work seamlessly within Clio, legal CRM systems, and modern digital firm tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on metric-driven case progression.
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with total comfort handling client-facing phone and video interactions.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing administrative priorities simultaneously.

- Operating System: Must possess a dedicated, reliable computer running Windows 11.
- Internet Stability: High-speed internet connection paired with a documented, active backup internet solution.
