Job Overview

Our client is looking for a B2B Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach to service-based businesses. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume cold calling, and is confident selling high-ticket marketing services.

The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle — from researching and building prospect lists to conducting outreach, nurturing leads, setting appointments, and closing deals. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, organization, and the ability to work independently while consistently meeting outreach and sales targets.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Research and identify service-based businesses online to build a targeted prospect database from scratch
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (minimum 100 calls per day) to potential clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through appointment setting to closing the deal
• Pitch a high-ticket marketing service ($1,080 upfront + $540/month) and handle objections effectively
• Perform follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS to nurture leads through the pipeline
• Track all outreach activity, leads, and conversions in an organized system (e.g., Excel or CRM)

Requirements

• Proven B2B cold calling and high-ticket sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and build prospect lists independently
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Excellent verbal English communication with a clear, professional accent
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet weekly closing targets
• High level of resilience and comfort with rejection in a high-volume calling environment
