Spanish Bilingual Telehealth Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Telehealth Operations Coordinator to support virtual healthcare services. In this role, you will coordinate telehealth appointments, prepare patients and providers for virtual visits, and ensure platforms and equipment function properly. You will educate patients on accessing telehealth services, assist providers with workflows and documentation, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain accurate records. Additional responsibilities include supporting billing processes and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time (Westlake Village, CA, USA)
  • 40 Paid hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments
  • Prepare patients and providers for virtual visits
  • Ensure telehealth platforms and equipment are properly set up and functioning
  • Educate patients on how to access and use telehealth technology
  • Assist providers with telehealth workflows and documentation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during virtual visits
  • Maintain accurate telehealth records and reports
  • Coordinate consent forms and documentation
  • Support billing and coding processes related to telehealth services
  • Ensure telehealth services comply with HIPAA and applicable regulations
  • Follow organizational policies and telehealth best practices
  • Monitor appointment completion and patient satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Preferably within the same region who can accommodate 8:00-5:00 hours.
