BIM and CAD Drafting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced BIM and CAD drafting professional to join our team on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled drafter to work on diverse projects and establish an ongoing partnership with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality CAD files for various projects
• Create detailed REVIT models and architectural documentation
• Generate floor plans, reflective ceiling plans, and electrical power plans as requested
• Ensure accurate and timely project delivery
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications
• Maintain organized project workflows and documentation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in CAD software and REVIT modeling
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and conventions
• Ability to create comprehensive floor plans and specialized plans
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience working on long-term client relationships
