About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is central to our operations, combining communication management, data entry, and scheduling responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Management
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy. Take detailed messages and follow established communication scripts to maintain consistency and quality in client interactions.
Job and Data Entry
Create and manage records in our project management software and relevant portals. Accurately enter client details, link supporting documents, and maintain organized digital filing systems to support operational efficiency.
Assessment Scheduling
Contact customers within our required service level agreement to schedule assessments. Coordinate with assessment teams, manage calendars across multiple platforms, and update all relevant systems to ensure seamless scheduling and communication.
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with computer systems, software platforms, and calendar management tools.
