Our client is an established personal injury law firm that has been serving clients for eight years.
The firm specializes in car accidents, dog bites, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, and related personal injury cases.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the client intake process from contract signing through initial documentation gathering.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth transitions for new clients and establishing foundational case files.
The position requires someone who can work independently while managing multiple tasks including client communication, insurance coordination, and medical records retrieval.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact clients after contract signing to conduct welcoming calls and complete onboarding procedures.
Complete required intake forms with clients and request necessary documentation from them.
Contact insurance companies to obtain claim numbers and send out letters of representation.
Reach out to medical providers to request and obtain medical records.
Maintain organized documentation and case files using the firm's case management system.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
Proficiency with Google Suite, email, and Microsoft Word.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to work independently.
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience with MyCase case management software.
Background in legal intake, client onboarding, or medical records coordination.
