E-commerce Creative Production Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for an E-commerce Creative Production Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of the marketing and creative department. This role is heavily focused on creative execution, asset coordination, content production support, e-commerce visual management, campaign rollout, and ensuring consistency across all customer-facing brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, aesthetically driven, process-focused, and capable of managing multiple moving parts across creative workflows. This is not a purely “design-only” role; it is a production coordination role that combines creative execution with operational discipline.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Melbourne, VIC Time, with 30-minute unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities Creative Production & Asset Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day creative production workflows across marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and digital assets
  • Prepare and organize product imagery, banners, promotional graphics, and supporting brand assets
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with the client’s premium and contemporary brand identity
  • Assist with the rollout and scheduling of marketing campaigns across e-commerce and social platforms
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries, naming conventions, and version control systems
  • Coordinate image resizing, formatting, optimization, and upload preparation for multiple platforms

E-commerce Visual Support

  • Assist in preparing and updating website imagery, product visuals, collection banners, and campaign graphics
  • Support the presentation and consistency of product pages and collection pages
  • Ensure imagery and product assets are accurate, visually aligned, and customer-ready
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure new arrivals and promotional products are launched efficiently

Content & Marketing Support

  • Support the creation and preparation of EDM content, social media assets, promotional materials, and digital campaigns
  • Coordinate timelines and production schedules for campaigns and launches
  • Assist in executing creative briefs provided by senior marketing or creative leadership
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

Administrative & Workflow Coordination

  • Manage creative task tracking and workflow prioritization
  • Coordinate approvals, revisions, and production timelines
  • Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external suppliers where required
  • Assist in documenting processes and improving creative production systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative production, marketing coordination, digital content production, or e-commerce support
  • Strong eye for design, layout, visual consistency, and premium branding aesthetics
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative tools
  • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce backend systems is highly advantageous
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong quality-control mindset
  • Self-managed and proactive with remote work experience preferred
